Characteristics

Flotation deinking cell is suitable for floatation deinking all kinds of waste paper pulp. Some light weight plastic can also be removed.

Flotation deinking cell absorbed the advanced technology of Lamothe Company. The ink will be processed in closed environmental situation without material overflow. The special structure is designed with different grade separation to prevent different material mixture.

The air will enter into a container of air sprayer with the function of cleaning by itself. The separation of container and floatation cell is easy to adjust the air in floatation cell. The air will be used in pulp time after time with this special configuration of internal circulation, so the ink removing and air using rate are improved effectively.

Flotation deinking cell also could remove some other substance, glue pellet and filler.

Foam consistency could reach to 5%, it almost has not fiber in foam.

The air content in rough dregs is very low

It donot need to clean the whole floatation cell, without the consumption of fresh water.

The quality of fine pulp can be regulated. The flux and pulp quality can be regulated by valve in foam outlet part.

It is closed floatation cell, it has not the circumstances of overflow, maintainance parts and noise.

Save money, it can meet the requirements with only one floatation cell, small floor area.

Low power consumption.

The pulp whiteness is higher than ordinary floataton cell in same pulp yield.

The removing rate of ink is high. It could reach to 98% for five grades floatation.

Configuration and principle of operation

It has four parts of this machine: spraying separating unit, floatation cell, regulator of liquid level and ink separator. It has 3-5 floatation unit according to demands.

The pulp flow into spraying separating unit with the pressure of pump. The sprayer is a star type unit with special design, it has the function of cleaning itself, the sphere substance of 12mm could pass through,so this kind sprayer has not the phenomennon of jaming. The air blow from spayer will absorb ink pellet in Air and Pulp Mixture Room and the mixing pulp flow into cell for first grade floatation. The ink which absorbed in foam float on top of the liquid and then flow into ink separator.  The ink is discharged by  pump after separating form ink separator, and the air will enter into spraying separator for recycle use. The pulp after floatation enter into air removing room for second grade floatation. The above mentioned procedure will be repeated. The liquid level reguator control the pulp of cell, a window on cell for people easy watching ink and pulp level.The quality of fine pulp can be controlled by the valve which locate in foam outlet. The valve will open if pulp quailty can not meet the requirement, otherwise close valve properly for controlling fine pulp loss.

Erection

  1. Bulding foundation with concrete according to foundation drawing. It has not ground bolt for the cell. It has ground bolt for liquid level regulator and ink separator which can also be fixed with expanding bolt.
  2. The machine will be installed on foundation after getting ready.
  3. Checking the standard height, line, pipe position, level position and ground bolt. Please start filling concrete if all mentioned items meet demands.

Pipeline

  1. It should be equipped with pipeline between cell and pulp level regulator, cell and ink separator, spraying separator and pump. It also should be equipped with valves on all pipeline for controlling flex and pressure.
  2. The first pump outlet connect to the first floatation unit on top of cell, others are same procedure. The last grade pulp outlet connect to the inlet of liquid level regulator. Additional pipeline will be equipped for the pulp flow back to pulp chest as for the machine stop running.
  3. Ink outlet of cell connect to ink separator, ink outlet of ink separator connect to pump for transporting ink. The overflow oulet will be equipped for avoiding ink flow into spaying separator.

Operation

Please fill fresh water from nozzle of spaying separator to the machine inside. Washing every pipeling and checking whether it is leak.

Starting machine

  1. Please open washing valve of spraying separator before starting machine.
  2. Please close washing valve and open air inlet valve of spraying separator.
  3. Please open valves of every grade from back to front.
  4. Please adjust feeding pulp valves of every grade. The feeding pulp pressure should reach to technology demands.
  5. Please control big or small of ink outlet valve for avoid fiber loss.

Stop machine

  1. Please stop pulp feeding pump of the first grade, second grade……etc.
  2. Please close sludge pump of ink separator.
  3. Please open washing valve of spaying separator and wash it.
  4. Please open the additional pipeline and discharge pulp inside cell to pulp check when the machine stopping with long time.
